This lovely two-bedroomed raised ground floor apartment is situated on a superb complex in the heart of Cala'n Porter within easy walking distance of many shops, restaurants and bars. The beach is reached by a flight of steps or a winding road and is between 5 and 15 minutes walk away. The cove is set in a deep and protected wooded gorge where the golden sandy beach gently shelves into a shallow sea. The complex itself has many fine facilities including two swimming pools and a water slides. The apartment is set in pleasingly landscaped grounds of green grass, palm trees and shrubs. There are spacious sun bathing terraces and also a bar, pizzeria and live entertainment in the evenings.

The front has a patio/terrace with table and chairs, the casement doors lead into a spacious, beautifully furnished lounge/dining room with a 3 seater setee, sleeping two and two matching armchairs. There is also a Satellite T.V. and video, dining table and chairs. A door leads off to a delightful and well equipped kitchen, in dark pine with marble work surfaces which has a full size cooker, large fridge/freezer and microwave/grill oven.

The bedroom area is approached through an inner hall and comprises of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedded room and a further separate bathroom with a full suite and over bath shower. There are fitted wardrobes in each of the bedrooms with ample draw space. To the side of the property is a further terrace and swimming pools are at the rear. The apartment will comfortably sleep six persons, and with it's central location a car is unnecessary, although it is strongly recommended you hire a car and see all the beautiful sights Menorca has to offer. The attractiveness, size and quality of this apartment together with the facilities this complex offers makes it an ideal choice for a family holiday.
